Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT services to adult and geriatric patients around Venice, FL. You’ll evaluate mobility, plan individualized treatment, and implement rehab programs in patients’ homes with a focus on recovery and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling and a consistent caseload, with support from a therapy-first administrative team and access to training, mentorship, and a company-provided tablet/data plan.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification attained.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
