Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services for adult and geriatric patients in the Oak Brook area. You will evaluate mobility, implement rehab programs, and educate families on recovery plans while maintaining compliant documentation.

The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent caseloads through our agency network, and dedicated clinical/administrative support. A tablet and data plan are provided.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

An active OT license is required to be considered for this position.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
