Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in Fort Myers and surrounding areas. You will deliver personalized treatment, evaluate mobility and function, and educate patients and families on recovery plans.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a stable caseload, and strong clinical/administrative support, with opportunities for career growth. A tablet with data plan is provided to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time
• Paid training and mentorship
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
