Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home care for adult and geriatric patients around Fort Myers, Florida. You will have a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and support from a therapy-first team.

Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, delivering rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
