Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Olympia, WA. The OT will evaluate clients, develop and deliver therapy services, and document all care per the plan of care for each patient.

Candidates must hold an active OT license in the state, be a graduate of an accredited OT program, and meet regulatory requirements. This is a travel position with weekly pay and the standard benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform client evaluations and develop/ provide occupational therapy services per plan of care.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.
