Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks an Occupational Therapist for travel assignments in Lodi, CA. The OT will evaluate clients, develop and provide therapy, and document progress per the care plan. This role requires state licensure and a valid OT degree, with CPR if applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• One year of OT experience preferred.

• TB test, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.

Minimum Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
