Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric team for the 2026-2027 school year in California. This part-time/per-diem role offers purposeful direct therapy, collaboration with educators and families, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in OT.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings; communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
