Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric team in school-based and clinic settings in California. We offer full-time or part-time/per-diem roles with competitive pay and a collaborative, supportive environment.

Applicants should have pediatric experience, hold or be eligible for a California OT license, and possess a Master’s or Doctorate in OT. We value ongoing development and a patient-centered approach to empower children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation for assessments and plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CE opportunities.
• Provide supervision to OT fieldwork students as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
