Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education, a California-based pediatric group, is hiring Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year. Roles are full-time or part-time/per-diem, with compensation $60-$72 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in OT; strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
