SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in California. Pay ranges from $60 to $72 per hour. Positions available: full-time or part-time/per-diem.

You will deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments, collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed documentation of progress. Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred in school-based settings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
