Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. The OT role is full-time and will serve residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, delivering skilled OT services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OT program and an active Florida OT license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or licence-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT-related therapy to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
