Job summary

Step Up Rehab in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility locations. You will provide skilled OT services to residents and help them regain function and independence.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program and a Florida OT license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred. Perks include a No Frills Program with extra pay and a supportive work environment.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
