Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team. The role supports residents with skilled OT services in a dedicated rehab gym, with a flexible schedule and a focus on quality, compassionate care.

Applicants must have an accredited OT degree and an active Florida OT license (or be eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and Net Health knowledge is a plus.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
