• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on improving daily activities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Advocacy and Support: Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.

Need: Part-time (15- 20 hours with room to grow to full-time (40 hours).

Locations: Split position between Cedar Grove in Parkersburg, WV, and Elison of Marietta in Marietta, OH
