Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Sanctuary at Wilmington Place in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on long-term care, helping residents regain independence in activities of daily living and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Need: PRN

Location: Sanctuary at Wilmington Place in Dayton, OH

Setting: Long-term care

Rate Range: $55-$58/hr (based on years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
