Job summary

Amergis is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for travel assignments in Ohio. You will evaluate clients, develop and provide OT services, and document according to the plan of care. Travel duties and flexible placements are required.

Competitive pay at $55 per hour, weekly paychecks, comprehensive benefits, and a strong support network. Travel requires Ohio licensure and adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
