Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Republic, Washington. The position runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift schedule. The OT will perform evaluations, provide therapy services, and document progress per the patient's plan of care.

Minimum requirements include state OT licensure, accredited OT education, and 18+ years of age. Travel benefits and weekly pay are offered by Amergis.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
