Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate clients, develop and deliver therapy, and document care under the plan of care for each patient.

Candidate must hold OT licensure in the state of practice, be a graduate of an accredited OT program, and may have CPR and health certificate requirements. This position is contract Full Time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold current OT licensure in the practicing state.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• One year of OT experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job description

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
