Job summary

MGA Homecare in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy for children from birth to age 21. You will assess needs, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and other care professionals to support developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state OT license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy.
• Collaborate with occupational, speech, and nursing professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Supervise OTAs as needed (training available).
