Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy for children from birth to 21. You will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with families to support progress at home.

A collaborative, multidisciplinary team will guide each child’s journey, with supervision of COTAs when needed. The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and participation in a mission-driven home healthcare team serving multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapy License.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• CPR Certification; valid driver’s license and insurance.
