Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy for children from birth to 21 in the Seguin, TX area. You will complete evaluations, create individualized plans, and guide families with strategies for progress at home.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas OT license in good standing.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (B/M/PhD).
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.

• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team; teach home strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure quality care.
