What You’ll Do:

Expert Pediatric Occupational Therapy – Work with children from birth to 21, addressing challenges such as physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits in a home-based setting.
Comprehensive Evaluations – Conduct thorough assessments to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Family-Centered Instruction – Educate and guide patients and their families, providing them with the strategies they need to support their child’s progress at home.
Meticulous Documentation – Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate personalized care plans for each child.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Texas Occupational Therapy License.
New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
CPR Certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
COTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
