InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for adults and seniors in Stuart, Florida and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling, a consistent caseload, and support from a dedicated team.

You will assess mobility, set goals, and implement therapeutic programs in patients' homes. Compensation is per visit, with benefits including insurance options, PTO, holidays, and ongoing mentorship.

Formación

• Active Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to set treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

- IHT OT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume

- The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community

- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs

Requirements

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
