Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate clients, develop and deliver occupational therapy services, and document care per the plan of care. This travel position offers opportunities across healthcare facilities in Oregon, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
