Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in Washington, DC. The OT will evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document care in alignment with each student’s plan of care.

Requirements include current OT licensure in the state, CPR if applicable, and compliance with professional standards; benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and recognition programs. Travel position with weekly pay and 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
