Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is hiring an Occupational Therapist for PRN shifts at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR. You will assess patients, design and implement OT treatments, and collaborate with the care team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• OT licensure as defined by state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration to support patient care.

• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Problem-solving and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients.
• Designs OT treatment plans and goals to meet patient needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Meets productivity benchmarks.
• Completes documentation and billing on time.
• Applies problem-solving to support patient progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule: PRN

Pay Range: $47 - $62/hr DOE

Locations: Grants Pass, OR at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center

What We’re Looking For

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
