Job summary

French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Woodburn, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist. The position offers starting pay of $47/hr+ DOE with flexible scheduling options and a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, designing individualized OT plans, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining timely documentation and billing. Full benefits and generous PTO are provided along with licensure reimbursement and referral bonuses.
