Job summary

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and guide individualized treatment programs for residents. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals and ensure accurate documentation and timely billing.

The role requires state OT licensure, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and productive performance within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed.
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs.
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $48 - $62/hr
