Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with MD orders, including long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration and modalities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with an OT degree from an accredited university.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state-mandated).
• Current state license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment and adjust as indicated while following precautions.
• Complete all documentation requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Occupational Therapist provides a comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Occupational Therapist provides a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• OT Ensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• OT Provides comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
• Occupational Therapist completes all other documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state-mandated)
• Occupational Therapist holds a current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
