Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, permanent position in a skilled nursing facility setting. We offer competitive pay and a collaborative team environment. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. This role includes mentorship, development opportunities, and immigration support for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current NBCOT certification as an OT, if required by state.
• Current license to practice OT in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
