Job summary

Beaumont Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health services in the Detroit area. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust plans of care, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires at least 1 year of OT in acute settings, driving to patient homes, and strong communication with families and physicians. A current MI OT license is required and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of OT experience in an acute setting.
• Home health experience is desirable.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and colleagues.

The OT I educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The OT I is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.
