Job summary

Pivot Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide home-based therapy across Colorado for pediatric and adult clients. Join a clinician-first team delivering flexible caseloads and autonomy with a focus on meaningful, in-home progress.

Therapists will build skills across lifespan, guiding children in development and adults in regaining independence, with iPad documentation and supportive leadership from the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy across lifespan in clients' homes.

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatric or Adult - Home Health

Flexible caseloads with no minimums or maximums, tailored to your preferences.
Work within your preferred travel radius—no expectation to commute beyond your comfort zone.
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90 per regular visit
Caseload: pediatrics and/or adults
