Job summary

The Center at Centennial is seeking Occupational Therapists to plan, organize, develop and direct our therapy services in accordance with standard regulations to ensure the highest quality care. This is a PRN days position with pay at $50 per hour, located in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating care plans, coordinating with COTAs and DOR, and ensuring accurate charting of therapy notes and labor hours.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Job Description: The primary purpose of these positions are to plan, organize, develop and direct our facility's Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.

Qualifications

Education, licensure, certifications, and experience:

• Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
