Job summary

The Center at Centennial is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide skilled OT services in a nursing facility setting. The role focuses on evaluating residents, developing care plans, and coordinating with therapy and nursing staff to maximize functional outcomes.

Positions are PRN with day shifts; compensation is $50 per hour, with benefits including PTO, 401k matching, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• 1 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations, complete care plans, establish goals, and communicate with COTAs.
• Communicate with DOR, therapy staff, and nursing about patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
• Verify patient information and document therapy notes, treatment times, and labor hours.

The Center at Centennial is looking to hire Occupational Therapists now!

Shift Availability: PRN days

Pay: $50 an hour

Job Description: The primary purpose of these positions is to plan, organize, develop and direct our facility’s Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations, complete care plans, establish goals, and communicate frequently with COTAs who will assist in implementing these care plans and goals.
• Effectively communicate with the DOR, therapy staff, and nursing staff regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
• Verify patient information and appropriately chart, to include therapy notes, treatment times, and labor hours.
