Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric in-home therapy for children from birth to 21. You will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care in home and community settings. Excellent support and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
• BLS CPR Certification (in-person skills tested).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy for children birth to 21 in home/community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and support families to empower active involvement in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
