Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide in-home services for children from birth to 21 years, across community settings. You will evaluate, plan and deliver individualized therapies while educating families to empower active participation in care.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited therapy program.
• BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy for children birth to 21 in home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to participate in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
