Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling and a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, with dedicated clinical and admin support.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized goals, implementing rehab programs, educating families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
