Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling and a consistent caseload through our agency partner network, with dedicated clinical and admin support.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized goals, implementing rehab programs, educating families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehab and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
