Job summary

Pivot Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide home-based OT services across the Front Range, including Brighton, Colorado. Join a clinician-first team focused on autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful, home-centered care.

You will work with children and adults to build skills, independence, and participation at home, with a flexible mix of full-time or part-time schedules and about 20 visits per week for full-time. A strong license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license.
• New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping patients reach their full potential through home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based occupational therapy to children and adults to improve independence.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to set goals and monitor progress.
• Document progress notes and care coordination using electronic documentation.

We are hiring throughout the Front Range and encourage you to still apply if interested in other locations!
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90+ per regular visit
Caseload: Adults and/or pediatrics
