Pivot Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver effective home-based therapy across Colorado, serving both pediatric and adult clients in homes and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and execute care focused on improving independence and function in daily life.

Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90+ per regular visit
Caseload: Adults and/or pediatrics
