Job summary

Pivot Home Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services across Colorado. You will evaluate and treat clients in their homes, from pediatrics to adults, helping them regain independence and improve daily function.

As part of a clinician-first team, you’ll tailor therapy plans, document progress in an electronic system, and collaborate with families to create meaningful routines that fit home life and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy to clients across the lifespan.

Region: Pueblo, CO
We are hiring throughout the Front Range and encourage you to still apply if interested in other locations!
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Compensation: $80-$90+ per regular visit
Caseload: Adults and/or pediatrics
