Job summary

Woven Care in Aurora, CO is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based pediatric services in a collaborative team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and coordinate with families, physicians, schools, and the multidisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Colorado DORA OT license or ability to obtain it.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcome.

What We Offer

• Salary: $80,000 to $112,000/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour
• Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models
