Job summary

Woven Care, a pediatric outpatient practice in Aurora, CO, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to focus on client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of your career. Clinicians enjoy autonomy over schedules and compensation models within a true multidisciplinary team, with leadership that started as therapists.

Your day includes 30–60 minute sessions, two evaluations weekly, built-in documentation time, and supervision of 2+ COTAs with a 70% productivity expectation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Colorado DORA OT license.
• 5+ years of experience in OT.

What Your Day Looks Like

Day to day, you can expect 30-60minute one - to - onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAsanda70% productivity expectation.

What We're Offering

Compensationoptions

Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour$70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour).We'llwalk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
