Job summary

Lone Tree Post Acute in Antioch, CA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will assess residents, create evidence-based plans, and deliver skilled therapy to promote independence. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.
