Job summary
Riverside is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on-site in Manhattan, NY. You will work within an interdisciplinary group, delivering skilled OT interventions and developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.

Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in NY or license eligible
- Ability to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Experience with documentation: evaluations, progress notes, recertifications
Responsibilities
- Evaluate referred residents to determine medical status and rehab potential
- Build individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Deliver OT interventions focused on ADL performance and safety
- Complete evaluations, weekly notes, and discharge documentation
- Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety
- Collaborate with PT/SLP/nursing/dietitians for patient-centered care
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home/environmental modifications
- Supervise OTAs and students per state practice act
