Job summary

NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and test individuals, develop effective treatment plans, and administer therapy services in neuro-rehab settings. This role emphasizes quality care and a compassionate approach to improve daily living and independence.

You will collaborate with physicians, staff, families, and community resources; maintain documentation; and participate in team meetings to enhance program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• One-year human services experience preferred.
• Must be licensed OT/L in state and AOTA member in good standing.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and test individuals and develop effective treatment plans.
• Administer treatment programs and communicate needs to staff.
• Provide re-evaluation and manage a caseload.
• Set up home exercise programs and perform home evaluations.
• Maintain documentation of services and weekly schedules.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and external resources.
• Engage with physicians, staff, families, and community resources.
