Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist / OT to join our Fresno, CA team. You will evaluate and treat adult neuro patients, develop treatment plans, manage caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation across brain and spinal cord injuries.

The position offers a flexible schedule, weekdays only, with paid holidays, time off and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and one year of human services experience.
• One year of neuro-rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Must hold OT/L license in state and be an AOTA member in good standing.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and test individuals served and develop effective treatment plans.
• Administer treatment programs and communicate treatment needs to staff.
• Provide re-evaluation, programmatic changes, and manage a caseload.
• Set up appropriate home exercise programs and perform home evaluations.
• Maintain documentation including reports and weekly schedules for goals.
• Serve on rehabilitation treatment team, attend meetings and contribute to program development.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, families, and community resources to ensure program effectiveness.

• Evaluate and test individuals served and develop effective treatment plans while providing quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and one-year human services experience
• One year experience in Neuro-rehabilitation preferred
• Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
