NeuroRestorative, part of Sevita, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate program participants, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants when needed. You will administer innovative therapy, prepare home exercise programs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Collaboration with physicians, staff, families, and community resources is essential for program effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and one year human services experience.
• One year experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred.
• Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with AOTA.

Aufgaben

• Provides program participant evaluations and develops effective treatment plans.
• Administers innovative treatment programs and manages assigned caseload.
• Sets up home exercise programs and performs home evaluations as needed.
• Maintains participant documentation and schedules to meet OT goals.
• Attends team meetings and departmental trainings; supports program development.
• Collaborates with physicians, staff, families and community resources.
• Participates in in-service programs for OT staff as requested.
• Monitors departmental budget and equipment; adheres to confidentiality standards.
