Job summary

Required are a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
