The role requires an active TX license, OT liability coverage, and a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, with preferred Home Health or rehab experience and strong patient management skills.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.

• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required
